Tickets and access

Who is the summit designed for?

The summit is primarily aimed at CFOs, heads of treasury, corporate development, M&A, payments, innovation, investors, and fintech and scale-up founders. Other figures from banking and corporate are welcome, provided they're involved in decisions on corporate finance and financial innovation.

Can I purchase a pass as an individual?

Most passes are intended for companies, banks, and financial institutions. In some cases, we evaluate requests from independent professionals or consultants. You can notify us of your specific case through the Contact page.

Is it possible to transfer the ticket to a colleague?

Yes, within the term indicated in the conditions, it's possible to change the delegate name at no additional cost, respecting security procedures, access control, and badge issuance. Specific procedures are detailed in the Terms & Conditions.

Are there discounts for groups or large teams?

For structured teams and groups, we generally propose dedicated offers or the Executive Pass, which provides specific conditions for companies with multiple delegates. You can request a bespoke proposal from the Contact page.

Invoicing, payments, and refunds

How does invoicing work?

We issue electronic invoices addressed to your organisation, with all information required by UK accounting systems. During the request phase, we ask for complete invoicing details (company name, address, VAT number or company registration number, billing contact).

What payment methods are accepted?

We normally accept bank transfer and, for some packages, corporate payment card. In case of particular procedures (e.g. internal orders, supplier portals), we can adapt to your purchasing department's processes, within reasonable limits.

How does your refund policy work?

The policy provides differentiated time windows: full refund by a certain date, credit or voucher in the weeks immediately preceding the event. Binding details are contained in the Refund policy and purchase documentation.

What happens if the summit is rescheduled?

In case of rescheduling due to force majeure, we promptly communicate the new dates and offer ticket transfer options or, where provided, refund according to the conditions in force at that time.

Logistics, security, and accessibility

Where does the summit take place?

The summit takes place in London, at a business location easily accessible by rail connections and urban transport. Logistics details (precise address, directions for entrances and registration) are communicated to confirmed participants a few weeks before the event.

Do you offer support for travel and accommodation?

We don't sell travel+hotel packages, but provide participants with a guide featuring suggestions for nearby structures, journey times, and practical information for arrival at the venue. Some travel partners may offer dedicated conditions to participants.

Is the summit accessible to people with disabilities?

Yes, we choose accessible locations and coordinate with participants for any specific requirements (mobility, devices, companions). We invite you to notify us immediately of any particular needs via the Contact page.

What security measures do you adopt?

The event is subject to access control procedures and, if required by authorities, additional entrance checks. A code of conduct applies to all participants and an emergency management plan is defined with the host structure.

Sponsorships, content, and advisory

Can I propose a sponsorship or partnership?

We evaluate sponsorship and partnership proposals when consistent with the summit audience. We favour agreements that bring quality content and services useful to CFOs, banks, and fintech. To begin the conversation, contact us through the Contact page.

Does sponsorship influence content choices?

No. We maintain editorial independence: participation as a sponsor doesn't guarantee stage slots or influence content direction. Any sponsor interventions must be informative, not purely promotional, and are evaluated by the editorial committee.

Are consultancy services included in the pass price?

Advisory and audit services are separate from tickets. They can be proposed as an extension of work done during the summit, but always require a dedicated engagement with scope, timing, and fees agreed with your purchasing department.

How do you handle privacy and confidentiality?

We treat participant data according to our Privacy policy and limit collection to information necessary for event organisation and connected services. For particularly sensitive sessions, we may provide additional rules (e.g. prohibition of recording or external citation).

If you haven't found an answer to your question, you can write to us at [email protected] or use the form on the Contact page. We'll help you understand which combination of passes and services is most suitable for your organisation.
